Abu Dhabi is home for us, with our office at Zayed Sports City. We draw on a network of 1,000+ freelancers and staff events across the emirate, including Al Ain.
Share your date, venue, headcount, roles and dress code, and we will plan the staffing around how your event runs.
Ushers meet guests at the entrance and walk them through the venue. They guide people to their seats and keep corridors clear at changeovers. For outdoor events they also help with queues and wayfinding across larger sites.
Registration teams run check-in desks and hand out badges. Hostesses greet guests and staff information points. We match them to your brief on language and manner.
Setup crew prepare the space before opening and pack it down afterwards. Transport coordinators and drivers run guest and crew movements between hotels and venues. Access-control crew check credentials and manage controlled zones, and security guards can be included where your event needs them. VIP and backstage crew support speakers and artists out of public view.
Abu Dhabi is our base, but we also cover Dubai and the other emirates. If your programme moves between cities, we can plan one crew across the whole schedule.

We go through the detail with you: call times, staff entrances, accreditation, uniform, meal breaks and who makes decisions on your side.
We pick crew from our freelancer network for each role, based on what the position requires and the guests they will be serving.
Before doors open, crew are briefed on the running order, floor plan, contacts and key messages. You can join the briefing and add your own points.
A Crew Lab team leader stays on site throughout. They manage breaks and move crew to where they are needed.
A few starting points, to adjust once we know the event:

Hotels along the Corniche and across the city host gala dinners and corporate meetings. These events lean on hostesses and VIP crew, with tight setup windows in shared ballrooms.
