Planning a production crew around the run of show
Every show has its own pressure points: the load-in window, the first rehearsal, the doors, the headline segment and the turnaround after the last cue. We plan headcount and roles around those moments, working from your production schedule and technical rider. On a conference stage that might mean a stage manager, a show caller, an AV operator and a couple of stagehands. On a concert or festival stage it might mean separate lighting, audio, backline and stage teams with a crew lead linking them to your production manager. Working alongside your production and backstage teams
Our stage crew works to your production manager and technical director, not around them. Crew are briefed on the stage plan, the running order, cue sheets, radio channels and the venue's safety rules, and they arrive in the agreed blacks or workwear. On shows with artists, speakers or VIP guests, we link the stage team with our VIP and backstage crew so green rooms, side-stage and talent movements stay coordinated. For conferences we work alongside conference staff, and on show floors with exhibition staff.

Our base is Zayed Sports City in Abu Dhabi, and we crew stages across Abu Dhabi and Dubai, from arenas, ballrooms and convention centres to outdoor festival sites and beach venues. We also cover Sharjah, Al Ain and the other Emirates, and support productions in Saudi Arabia, India and Australia.

We supply the people. Equipment usually comes from your production company or technical supplier, and our crew is briefed to work with their kit and their team.
Can the same crew handle load-in, the show and load-out?
Yes. We can plan one team from load-in through the show to load-out, or add a separate setup and dismantling crew for large builds.
Do you staff productions outside the UAE?
